Unable to edit home page widget

Hello I am unable to edit the home page widget – layout builder.
When I click on open builder it tries to load but then takes me back to the home page the same page?
I have been using your premium version for months and never had a problem

Kindly advise?

    If you’re using our SiteOrigin Premium plugin, kindly email [email protected] for faster support.

    You can start the troubleshooting process by checking for a working baseline. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin?
