Two Different Versions of Stylesheets when logged in vs logged out.

I just updated the site origin page builder plugin and am noticing an issue where when logged in a different set of stylesheets are loaded than when logged out?

You can see from the below that it’s looking for a set of stylehseets with a version 4.8.12 in them.

When logged in there are no 404s

I can also see that in the sources a set of stylesheets are being loaded that have a version 5.3.2

It looks like while I am logged in the site is pointing to the correct version of the stylesheets, but when logged out it’s looking at the plugins older version of stylesheets.

How can I fix this? I’ve clear my cache multiple times. I reached out to site origin support but they said i needed to post here but it was probably a caching plugin. There are no caching plugins installed that I see.
