Hi there,
We have the Site Origin theme on our website http://nidderdale.n-yorks.sch.uk/ and have the Twitter Profile Widget on the homepage however it appears to be not working which has came by surprise with the notice “Nothing to see here – yet
When they Tweet, their Tweets will show up here.”
Our twitter feed has disappeared from our website – can you please get it back on. It was on there last week when I last looked. We have been doing some tweets but they don’t appear and we haven’t done anything to make it disappear.
We also have another website running the Site Origin theme and that also is experiencing the same problem.
Please can you assist us with this as a matter or urgency?

The author of the theme used for your website is WPCustomify. SiteOrigin is the author of Page Builder by SiteOrigin being used on your home page. It looks like you’ve resolved the issue. If your Twitter feed fails in the future, you can try inserting the feed into a page without using Page Builder by SiteOrigin to see if the issue persists and then troubleshoot from there.

Thank you for your response, yes you are correct, we have managed to resolve the issue by using the Social Kit Twitter solution and learnt that Twitter stopped support for embedding feeds early this year.
We do however have an issue where the Media Library is no longer showing thumbnails if that is something you could assist with? It has occurred between 15th May – 25th May 2023.

It’s unlikely SiteOrigin plugins have contributed to the thumbnail issue in your Media Library. You can perhaps start the troubleshooting process by regenerating thumbnails as suggested here https://za.godaddy.com/help/fix-image-thumbnails-not-displaying-27215.
