Is your “Tweet This” randomizer shown in SiteOrigin’s footer a plugin or widget that’s publicly available?
I enjoy your sense of humor, so you are entitled to keep some secrets if you prefer.
Thanks and regards,
Todd
Hey Todd
Good to hear from you :)
Unfortunately, it’s not a plugin. The quotes were gathered from around the web. Greg coded up the rest. It’s something you could work up yourself using a random text plugin:

Thanks Andrew! It’s implemented so well on SiteOrigin, and it’s not always easy to both show restraint, yet make a little corner of the browser window come alive.
FWIW, I’ll comment back here on which one I select, as there are *18 pages* of random text plugins to choose from!
Thanks again for the info,
Todd
For sure :) Lots of plugins but not that many once you start looking at the ones with the most active installs. That’s usually a good indicator on its own. So going on that I’d probably start here:

I followed Andrew’s advice to note the active installs, and installed “Quotes Collection” v2.0.4 by Srini G.

Quotes Collection has 20,000+ installs and worked with SiteOrigin’s Page Builder and Vantage Premium WordPress theme.
I also tried “Quote Master” by Frank Corso, but was unable to get it to function correctly with my WordPress configuration. I liked the simplicity of this plugin.
Awesome, thanks for the feedback Todd, that’s super helpful. I’ll recommend Quotes Collection in future. Glad to hear you made progress on this.
