Turn Editor Widget into a link

10 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 10 years ago

Hi,

after a couple of weeks playing with it I almost have my website ready (or at list the basic format). Thanks for your help along the way! Things have been much easier after discovering your page builder :)

I have a question: I have two rows with four Editor widgets in each. I have added a different background image to each of them and some text in each. If I add a link to the text I have to be over the text for it to work. Is there a way to add the link to the widget or background image so that when I click anywhere on the container I am sent to the link I want?

Thanks for the help!

    Hi Iñigo

Glad to hear you’ve been making progress :)

There isn’t really an easy way to do this. Try this first (pre 2012 update) method here:

    https://css-tricks.com/creating-clickable-divs/

Let me know how that goes.
