Trying to move page content

I am attempting to shift the entire main content of a page up to be level with the sidebar. This is an example of a page that needs shifting: http://progressivegreenwood.org/key-focus-areas/economic-vitality-3/.
Specifically, I would like the photo above the paragraph to shift up to be level with the top of the sidebar, and would also like to shift the paragraphs, etc. up respectively.
I am very new to dealing with website design, which is why I would appreciate any assistance I can get!
