Trouble after latest Plugin Update – Page Layout Messed Up

After running the latest plugin update the page layout is messed up.

Several pages where rows with multiple columns are used, the columns are coming in multiple rows (like it shows in mobiles).

Kindly Assist or guide on how can we roll back to earlier version of the plugin till the issue is resolved.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Prayag,

Preface: These issues have been resolved but you’ll need to try a few things to get the perfect setup for your website.

Firstly, are you using Better WordPress Minify? If so, this is a configuration issue with Better WordPress minify. This can be fixed by navigating to WP AdminBWP MinifyEnqueued Files and find siteorigin-panels-front (file: front-flex.css) and select it. Click Not Minify and then Save.

If you’re not, are you using any sort of caching or minify plugin? If so, Can you please temporarily disable them?
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

If that doesn’t help, can you please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Please set Use Legacy Layout Engine to Always. How does that look?

    Hi Alex,
Thanks for that super fast response.

    A) I had read the earlier threads, so already tried “navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Please set Use Legacy Layout Engine to Always.” and that didn’t resolve anything.
    B) We’re not using wordpress minify, however the wp hosting party is forcing some caching plugins, following is a screenshot of the plugins (one of them not active)

If all else fails, what would be your recommendation to roll back to earlier edition of the plugin until I find a fix?

    Hi Prayag,

Please ensure any server-side caching solutions (enforced by your hosting provider) have been cleared as that’s likely why the layout setting didn’t do anything.

If that doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at your setup?

      Hi Alex,
Since I was wondering if you had a chance to see the public URL since I had posted in last reply.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Prayag,

    Very sorry for the delay.

Oddly, one of the stylesheets that must be output for the page builder layouts isn’t outputting (specifically front-legacy.css). I suspect this is happening due to another plugin interfering. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
