Trouble adding link to button on Page Builder

I used Page Builder to create a page with a button that is supposed to link to another site. When I paste the Java Script code into the Button ID nothing is saved.
Is this script to be in the “On Click” box instead?

    Hi Stylist Gal,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
