Tried to change url – messed up site

11 years ago · Last reply by Amalie 11 years ago

I tried to change the url as I was building on a test-url.

Now I can’t log on and the site is messed up. How do I go back – I can only seem to find solutions with phpmyadmin and I can’t figure out how to do this when building page in pagebuilder.

Please help.

    Hi Amalie

You can hardcode urls into wp-config.php which sits in the root of your WordPress install. Here is how:

So ideally put the url back to what it was, you should then regain access, you can then start over.

Thank you for your quick reply – I appreciate. I figured it out myself.

    Thank you so much! :)
