Too much white space between rows in page builder (Theme: Moesia)

I want to decrease the gaps of white space single rows, built with Page Builder, at www.dutchguerrillamarketing.com. For example the very last row.

I tried your suggestions in topic:

I can’t seem to get it working.

    Hi Marco,

    This spacing is as a result of theme row spacing. You can change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Please add the following CSS:

    .panel.widget, .so-panel.widget {	padding: 0 30px;}

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
