Do you have a public URL for the page concerned where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Yes- This page is not accessible via the menu because the title “blog” isn’t anywhere on the page. I have selected “Show page title” in the Blog section of the Customize menu as well as on the individual page itself. The title should be “posts”

Thanks for the wait. The blog page won’t render any page content, unfortunately. A workaround would be to deselect your posts page from SettingsReading and instead use Page Builder to insert a Post Loop widget on your blog page. The title will the render.
