Title not displaying on post pages

Hello – I saw another user post a similar issue a few years ago. I have the checkbox marked beside “Display page title” but it isn’t being included in either the post itself or the blog page.

Any guidance is appreciated. Here’s a link to the post:

    The rule added to AppearanceCustom CSS is hiding the post title.
