TinyMCA plugin issue

Hi, When I install TinyMCA plugin, the page builder stops updating all the new changes.

I have performed the installing reinstalling uninstalling upside downside all the possible options based on my research over this problem. now I’m sure its an issue with TinyMCA plugin only.

I’m using the SiteOrigin Vantage Premium theme with WordPress version 4.3.1

Can someone please help me on this. thanks in advance.

    Hi Anil

Thanks for reaching out. Are you referring to Black Studio TinyMCE? Does the issue persist with only Black Studio and Page Builder activated? No other plugins activated.

thanks Andrew. Yes its with Black Studio TinyMCE. if this plug in activated then no new updates reflects on page builder. for now I’m managing it using external HTML editor, since I have no coding knowledge.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. This isn’t expected. We use Black Studio TinyMCE locally without problem.

If you don’t already have our Widgets Bundle installed, try installing from Plugins > Add New > SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. Next, go to Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets and ensure the SiteOrigin Editor widget is enabled. Try using that as an alternative to Black Studio.

    Hi Anil

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
