Thumbnails blurry

Hi,
I’m trying to customize it so that the thumbnails in the blog preview page are 300×300. The thumbnail for the first post seems fine but subsequent ones are coming out blurry. When I inspect the element for the subsequent posts, it says the natural file size is 150×150. I’m not sure how to go about changing it so that the file size is 300×300? The original featured images are larger than 300×300 so I don’t know why it’s reading it as 150×150.

    You could perhaps try adjusting the size at Settings > Media and then running Regen Thumbnails: http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/.
