I am using the unwind theme since some days and I did not manage to have thumbnails in the recent post widget as on your demo page: http://demo.siteorigin.com/unwind/
I am using the recent post widget including with the unwind theme, so I do not understand what I am doing wrong. I managed to add the dates by ticking the associated box, but I do not find any option for the thumbnails. I will greatly appreciate your help =)

Have you added a Featured Image to the post with the missing image? If so, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

Yes a featured image is set on each of my post. Eventually I changed the widget “recent posts” into the one that shows the more popular posts. This one seems to work properly. I do not know why “recent posts” have a different behavior.

Ah. Recent Posts is purely a basic list – it won’t show anything outside of the title. On the demo site, we’re using the excellent Recent Posts Widget Extended to accomplish the recent posts setup.
