“Thread” theme contact information

I created my website using Thread WordPress theme a couple years ago. I recently had to download the classic editor in order to reactivate the page editor function. I can’t seem to edit my contact information or remember how the contact form is supposed to be accessed. Is there another plugin I need to download to make changes?
