I have been trying to use handsome testimonials and easy testimonials with page builder, but the shortcodes and widgets are not displaying on my page… handsome is just blank, ‘easy’ just shows the image with no text.
Anyone had success with third party testimonial plugins? Any suggestions how I can get it to work… I don’t really like the look of the site origin testimonial widget.

Okay so I suspect there might be an issue with them not displaying but I’ll come back to that. I would recommend checking out the Widgets for SiteOrigin plugin. It’s a wonderful plugin that includes a Testimonial widget that I think you’ll really like.
Now, it’s possible the shortcodes aren’t working due to a plugin conflict.
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

It was a plugin conflict that caused the issue. Easy testimonials is now working properly as is the rest of the site.
I did try the SiteOrigin widget which worked well but I wasn’t able to customise the appearance with my limited skills.

Bad luck mate. Could you please tell me the name of the plugin that was causing issues so that I can look into it?
I have found another issue on this plugin conflict issue. I use Easy Testimonials plugin to create a testimonials widget and try to add it into the page through Siteorigin Page Builder. The live editor cannot work properly and display Internal Server Error. When I remove the widget, the live editor works again.
