Theme OCeanic and slidebar that I can’t manage

Hello,
I have some issues with the slidebar. I’ve already bought the upgrade slidebar in order to see if something changes but without sucess. What Can I do? I can’t manage the images, I’ve already copied the shortcode of the slide bar that I have created but nothing happen. The only slidebar that works it’s the one that came with the theme Oceanic, with the sea and a photo of sand. Please help! Thank you

    Thanks for the link. It’ll probably be best for theme support to lend a hand, I’m not sure if SiteOrigin plugins are being used on the page in question.

    If you’ve already pasted your shortcode as per https://www.freelancelot.co.za/documentation/oceanic/homepage-slider/slider-plugin/ and the default slider is still showing, perhaps try going to AppearanceCustomize and making sure a category isn’t selected in the Slider section. I haven’t used this theme before so I’m guessing.

    I’ve already done that but nothing happens. I’m forced to buy the premium version in order to ask for technical help.
