I am using the vantage theme but it doesn’t seem to work well on mobile.

Also what theme is this website using http://medipro.co.uk/

That’s odd. Vantage is definitely responsive. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
medipro.co.uk is using SiteOrigin North.
