I am looking a theme for educational site http://fda-sanremo.com/
I liked a theme Corp, but not sure if I can change colors according to the colors of my site.?
And will it be adaptive for mobile phones?

You can indeed change the theme colors, please, see the documentation for more information on the settings offered.

Corp is responsive.
