Theme Customization not working

I can’t see the options under Appearance->Themes->Customize.

What could be wrong?

I’ve tried your suggestions found in this forum: updated everything, disabled all plugins, tried Mozilla Firefox 34.something, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 7. Within Chrome, I see the most hope: a brief flash of something followed by a never-ending spinner in the middle of the screen. I’ve experienced this on several different Windows 7 and Windows XP PCs.

    Hi Russ

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. Sounds like you’ve gone through all the usual troubleshooting steps.

    Could you please check for any JS errors when on the Customizer page. Here is how you can check for those:

    Thanks Andrew, for your suggestions. I shall follow them, after I've slept a bit. (Getting a responsive gallery to work took 8 hours, rather than one hour, as I'd budgeted. So am just now hitting the snoreshelf, at 7:13 a.m.)
