Theme Builder Disabled for Site After Moving to New Domain

I just moved my site to a new domain, and was trying to make changes to the existing pages. Now, I have no access to the page builder in the editing page. All I have is a blank grey screen in the editing field – platform will allow text edits at first, but threatens to clear all data entered in page builder when I choose “revert to editor.” Tried deactivating all plugins besides page builder and site origin CSS, but to no avail. What can I do to get access to the page builder again?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ashley,

This sounds like a failed migration. You need to ensure you use a migration method that supports serialized data. If it doesn’t, you won’t be able to retain Page Builder data. In other words, the only way to resolve this issue would be to do another migration with a plugin that supports serialized data. We personally recommend Duplicator.
