Theme Broken using Bluehost/ style sheet missing error

I am getting a style sheet missing error with ftp and Bluehost. Tech support at Bluehost is telling me its a vendor issue with the Vantage Child theme. They are telling me to reach out to you all with the error as it isn’t me? Thanks in advance.
