theme and plugin issues

having both theme issues

I can’t see menu on main admin dashboard to sort settings
pagebuilder page options won’t load
black tinymce doesn’t work
can’t access plugins menu via mobile devices
I wish to upgrade when prefer if I could have extended 24 hrs trial first to attempt to resolve the above issues.

    Hi Alan

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    1. You’ll find the Vantage theme settings at Appearance > Theme Settings. You can manage your main menu from Appearance > Menus.

    2. Ensure Page Builder is activated under Plugins. If it is check that Pages and Posts are ticked under Settings > Pages. Finally you can try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if the Page Builder tab then appears on your pages and posts.

    3. Black Studio as a widget is called Visual Editor. Search for Visual Editor when working in Page Builder and clicking the + button to insert a widget.

    4. Not sure here – you could re-try accessing plugins via a mobile device with a default WordPress theme activated. That would let you know if you’re looking at a theme or core WordPress problem.

    5. You can upgrade whenever ready. Appearance > Premium Upgrade has our upgrade page. The free version is valid forever so no rush or obligation.
