theme and plugin issues

having both theme issues I can’t see menu on main admin dashboard to sort settings pagebuilder page options won’t load black tinymce doesn’t work can’t access plugins menu via mobile devices I wish to upgrade when prefer if I could have extended 24 hrs trial first to attempt to resolve the above issues.
