Even if I started by enabling all the non-siteorigin plugins, the error persist.

As copied below:

The widget Sydney_Services_Type_A is not available. Please try locate and install the missing plugin.

    Hi Jon,

    We’re currently having issues with the widgets bundled with Sydney – I’m very sorry about this! We’re currently working on a fix. Please rollback SiteOrigin Page Builder to the last version with the WP Rollback plugin. Once installed find SiteOrigin page Builder at WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and Click Rollback.
