Please help me with this

The widget ninja_forms_widget is not available. Please try locate and install the missing plugin. Post on the support forums if you need help.

Suddenly my contact form disappeared.

    Hi Fahiq,

    Just to clarify, do you still have Ninja Forms (separate plugin) installed and activated? This message should only really happen if the other plugin is disabled.
