I was wondering if someone can help or is having the same issue. I just updated 2 plugins because it showed updates available and after the updates (not sure which ones I updated) I am getting The widget BWGControllerWidgetSlideshow is not available Now the Photo Gallery that scrolled thru pictures is not working.

Do you still have Photo Gallery installed? If not, please reinstall/activate that plugin. If that’s not the gallery plugin you’re using, can you please clarify the name of the plugin?
Hi Alex Thank you for your reply. I believe the issue is with the Photo Gallery plugin update that just came out. I uninstalled the update by restoring from my backup and it works again. Do you know if the Photo Gallery Plugin is causeing other issues. It looks like it changed when they updated the plugin and it blew up all my photo galleries that I put on every page.

It’s quite possible that the plugin has changed how the widget is handled dramatically which is why it breaks on update. I would recommend reaching out to the authors of that plugin to see if they could improve backwards compatibility.
