The Title Underline Disappears in Text Editor Widget on Page Builder

When I use the text editor widget on Page Builder, and type in a title, there is typically a small, centered, red (theme color) underline. However, it sometimes appears and sometimes does not. Right now, it appears regularly around the site, and only once on the homepage (while it should be appearing in about 4 places on the homepage).     Hi,

    For the red line to appear you need to correct the correct markup, which is:

    <h3 class="widget-title">TITLE HERE</h3>

    Without that, the red line will not appear.
