The Siteorigin plugin does not come up on my plugin bar

The Siteorigin plugin does not come up on my plugin bar for me to apply to my layout. It does show up as active on my installed plugins.

    Thanks for posting.

    Are you working in the Classic Editor? To confirm, can you see the Visual and Text tabs? If so, temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin, does the issue resolve in that state?
