The plugin does not have a valid header.

This conversation: https://siteorigin.com/thread/plugin-cant-be-activate/

I’m having exactly this same problem. I’ve uninstalled via FTP and reinstall, but keep getting the message: The plugin does not have a valid header. Can you help?

    Hi Dhyana

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

The linked thread doesn’t sound the same. The user in that thread was able to activate from the Plugins page and didn’t mention ‘The plugin does not have a valid header’ error.

‘The plugin does not have a valid header’ error can occur when the folder structure of the plugin is incorrect. Perhaps try deleting the ‘siteorigin-panels’ folder from /wp-content/plugins/ and then install fromPluginsAdd New, use the search bar to search for Page Builder by SiteOrigin. If you run into an issue activating, go to Plugins and try activating from that page.
