Hello!
I have used Page Builder by SiteOrigin, SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, Ultimate Addons for SiteOrigin for many many years and am very satisfied.
But all of a sudden the images I upload crash and are no longer visible on the blog.
I have not made any changes to the plugins I use and I use exactly the same as before and all plugins are updated and my WordPress is updated to the newest version.
I use Classic Editor though.
So what could this be due to?
I hope someone has time to answer my question.
All the best
Carina
Hi Carina
Thanks for getting in touch.
Do you perhaps have a public URL where we can look at what’s going on?
Hi Andrew and thank you for your reply.
Yes, I totally forgot the link but my blog is http://www.ekohyllan.nu
Below I have included some blog posts where the images have completely crashed. The strange thing is that it has only happened on some posts, while the images work on other posts.

Hi Carina
Thanks for the links. Please, send the first link to your hosting company. Ask them to check the browser console and ask them to check why the server is refusing to load some of the page assets.
Hi Andrew,
Many, many thanks for the help!
Okay, then I send the question to my hosting company.
All the best
Carina
Thanks, Carina. Please, let us know how you get on.
Hi Andrew,
Just wanted to let you know that the issue I had with the images crashing was apparently related to a Jetpack update. It may be good to know for you and for others who wonder.
My hosting company helped me with the issue so everything works as it should again.
All the best
Carina
Hi Carina
Thanks for keeping us updated; I’m glad to hear your hosting company was able to lend a hand, and the issue is resolved.
Please, don’t hesitate to open a new thread if any SiteOrigin queries or requests arise in the future.
Cheers for now.
