Hi SiteOrigin Support,
Our website menu is disappearing sometime randomly.
Our site has two menus, public one and member one. When you save the menu from Appearance > Menu structure, the Menu will disappear and left some blank custom link on it. And sometime it will only leave the home page (siteorign build page) as a custom link there.
However, when you save the menu from Appearance > Customize > Menus > Publish. It will stay alright.
So I wonder how to fix this?
I have tried to increase the var limits, deactivate and activate the plugins, change the themes, and search the scripts on the internet. There still have an issue when saving menu from the menu structure. I have run out of ideas. Can you help me see what caused the issue?
Thanks.
The plugin we have installed are (I have deactivated all non-siteorign plugin, issue still exist):

Hi, thanks for reaching out.
Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all SiteOrigin plugins?
Yeah, I deactivated all plugins, the issue persists.
Thanks for running that test. It doesn’t sound like this is related to SiteOrigin.
You could perhaps try switching to another theme to see if the issue is related to your theme. After changing to another theme go to AppearanceMenusMenu Locations to reassign your menus.
