Hi. I just noticed, that the “transparent” checkbox does not appear in my new wordpress installation.

This is another page where I use you awesome pagebuilder tool, and there you see the checkbox for transparent and color:

In my new Installation this is not possible anymore.
Here is the new install. view of the row: https://www.pic-upload.de/view-33460585/2017-07-0511_37_24-SeitebearbeitenPartyservice-Stern.comWordPress.png.html

Did you remove that feature or did you just move it to another location?

Thanks in advance for any help.

LG Artur

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Artur,

The pictured functionality in your first screenshot is actually being added by a plugin or by your theme. Unfortunately, I’m not too sure which as I’m not personally familiar with any plugins that add this.

I would recommend running a plugin conflict test to work out which plugin is adding these settings. To clarify, I’m not suggesting there’s a plugin test. A plugin conflict test is a good way of knowing what plugin adds/does what (if you disable a plugin and something disappears, the last plugin you disabled was adding it).

For reference, here’s our typical plugin conflict test:

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if your theme is adding this functionality.

It was cause by the default Theme.
I chaned it to “sydney-theme” and it seems to work.

Thank you so much for your help!
