Hello,
I am currently using the Influence theme and when adjusting the font color through the Headline widget (in the SOwidgetsBundle) the font color remains the default color.
I can change the color and style of the ‘line’ in the middle of the headline and subhead – but not the color of the text.
Is there something I’m missing?

Hi Michelle
I have just been discussing your issue with the guys and it looks like it may be a bug in Influence causing the theme style to override the widget style. While we investigate further you can get the site looking correct by adding the following to your custom CSS. If you do not already use a custom CSS editor please try this one

Hello again,
So the above did not fix the problem. However, I did find a work around. ;)
I settled for the visual editor and changed the font color there – then I added a divider after the headline(h1) and then a subtitle (h2) underneath. It doesn’t have the fancy dotted line in between like the ‘headline widget’ generates but I think it still looks good.
Thanks again so much for the help you give us it’s much appreciated.
Michelle
