The editor widget is not working on one of my sites

I am juste seeing code and not the normal visual text editor within the widget for new and old widgets. Is there a bug? Its works fine on my other sites.

    Thanks. Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin?
