But now it does not come back at all to normal. I am waiting and waiting and nothing. My homepage content on my dashboard disappeared I cannot see anything. It is ok if I visit my website the page is normal but the content I cannot modify or do nothing It is a blank page! If I click preview I can see my page but nothing on the content of the dashboard
I have another page where the page builder is there and does not disappear! The problem seems to only touch my main page
What is going on and what can I do please help… Thanks very much

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ellen,

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Even if the site origin builder is appearing on one page and not the other it could be a conflict?

Aren't I going to lose my page if I do what you say?
Because I am not a developer that is why I use the page builder and so I could not re build it without it

( i kept the text code though)

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ellen,

Yes, absolutely. Any setting differences or anything like that can cause a plugin conflict so even though this may only affect a single page, it can still very well be a plugin conflict.

Aren’t I going to lose my page if I do what you say?

No, you won’t lose anything as plugin data isn’t deleted if the plugin is temporarily deactivated (or even removed – plugin data is typically only removed if you purposefully remove it). Regardless, do a backup. That way if something does go horribly wrong you can just restore the backup and it’ll be like it never happened.

    Hi Alex
I did as you said and I truly don't get the results:

4 plug ins are conflicting!! 2 of them I was using ok before the issue. So it does not make sense does it??
how is it possible to conflit with plug ins that were ok together before ?

    They are:

    TJ custom CSS
    WP Forms lite
WP database back up ( this was installed after the problem but it now does conflict too)
    Woo commerce

I refreshed the page immensely in order to see if it all could be random but it did give the same results.
I cannot use any of the 4 plug ins if I want my site origin page builder to work..

So what free replacements do you suggest for the above ( except Woo)?

For woo commerce that is a big problem since I was planning to create my store with it, so I was thinking to use Woo commerce anyway and to briefly diable it whenever I'd need to update my front page ? It would't be everyday normally.. Would it be safe ?

And very last question, what would be a page builder replacement you think
I could use as good as yours in the event I have to stop using it with my front page ?

Thanks so much Alex you help people a great deal..

    I appreciate it

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ellen,

Thanks. I don’t think the four listed plugins are directly conflicting – especially not WooCommerce as that plugin has no issues with ours (and I can personally confirm that as I have a number of test sites using it). I suspect they’re indirectly conflicting with each other and we just happen to be affected. Please disable all plugins except for WooComemrce. Does this issue remain? If not, please enable one of the other plugins? Does this issue remain? Disable the plugin you just activated and then activated the last plugin you hadn’t activated. Does this issue occur? If not, activate both of the plugins. Does this issue occur?
