I would put on my homepage a section ‘best posts’ is called and I choose these posts. Like the last posts but choosing these posts. How could he?

    Insert a Post Loop widget then use the Additional field at the bottom of the widget settings. Perhaps make a category for your best posts. Then you could insert an argument into the Additional field of the widget as follows:

    cat=x
    

    Where x is the category ID. To get the category ID go to Posts > Categories and click on the category name. Then check the url, the category ID will be visible.
