In what way has it stopped working? Can you try updating to version 2.4.3 and see if that fixes the issue for you.

Appearance – Customize – Widget – Layout Builder tells me: “”We encountered an error. Reload the page and try again””. Even by reloading the page does not change anything. Even the 2.4.3 does not work.

Would it be possible for you to upgrade to version 2.4.3 again and then send us the contents of your console? Please follow this guide on how to access your browsers console.
If not, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? We will not make any changes to your website. You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

We’ve identified the issue and will be releasing a fix soon. In the meantime, I’ve reverted your version back to version 2.3.2. If you would prefer to upgrade again, that’s fine. Just don’t save the layout widget once it has errored or it’ll blank it.
