Text widget is not adding in my page

I have added a row and text text widget. This widget is not save after page update. Page is going blank.

I used Page builder 1.5 version.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. I don’t know why this type of problem i am getting again and again.

    Hi Sourabh

    Thanks for running Page Builder.

    There is a very good chance this is a plugin conflict. Please try de-activating all plugins not by SiteOrigin and re-testing this issue. The full steps for this process can be found here:

    You might also want to try the Visual Editor widget, to get access to this widget first download and install:

    Thanks. Next step would be to try the same problem with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen.

    Thanks, I have activated Twenty Fourteen but still have same issue. I don’t know why i am getting this issue.

    That is surprising. Have you tried the Visual Editor in place of the Text widget?

    Do any of your widgets save in Page Builder?

    I have not tried Visual editor in place of Text widget.
    I am able to add some widgets and some not.

    I don’t know why i getting this issue.
