Text editors not working after making an update

Hi there,
Over the weekend, I made an update to my website. I updated the plugins, theme (I use Bento), and my version of WordPress. As a result, I lost everything that was in a text editor. The content is still there and it is still intact, however, it is not displaying on my page. Everything in either a Site Origin Editor or Visual Editor is failing to appear on the front end.
I spent two hours with tech support on Saturday night, where they attempted to deactivate and reactivate every plugin. We couldn’t figure out a solution and they suggested I contact you. Please help.
Thanks,
Michelle

    Hi Michelle,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

Sure, no problem. I just need your email address. Can you respond to my email directly?

Great, just created the account. You should be receiving the password now.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Michelle,

    Thanks.
Can you please disable CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS. This is possible by editing wp-config.php. If you need help with doing that I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for further assistance.

Please note that this may or may not fix this. Regardless, this will help with debugging this issue.

Where do I go to edit wp-config.php? I’m not seeing it in any of the usual places I would expect it to be.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Michelle,

Unfortunately, if it’s not in the standard location, I’m not sure where it could be. I would do a general search for it, and if that doesn’t result in anything, I would ask if your hosting provider can find it.
