Text editor conflict with the theme foundry’s Make theme – Jumbled text

The text in any editor I use from the bundle appears jumbled, and illegible.

I tried clearing my browser cache, my caching plugin, and server cache – None of these had an effect.

I deactivated all of my plugins, including the widget bundle/page builder, I activated them all again one by one, which had no effect. I went through and deactivated everything but the widget bundle/page builder plugin bundle, which also had no effect.

I switched themes from make, to wordpress’s default 2015 theme, and this fixed the issue with the text.

    Hi Theartpocalypse,

Can you please show me a screenshot of the issue? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to an image hosting site like imgur or vgy.me.

I’m not 100% sure, but it looks like the styles might off somehow.

    Hi Theart,

This appears to be a general theme CSS issue. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Hi Theartpocalypse,

Preface: I love your tagline. :)

Do you have any plugins that add inline CSS to your website? I ask as that’s where things are going wrong. I would double check your theme settings to ensure no line-heights are set to 0 or anything like that as it being set to 0 is causing this display issue.

    Thank you Alex!

That was exactly it. It was strange because things seemed to work out when I switched over to the parent theme. The last thing to be updated was siteorigin widgets/and page builder, and I didn’t change anything. It threw me off on what was causing this. I’m glad it’s something simple… and a little embarrassed. Thank you so much.
