Hi,
I purchased the VETS theme from Egemenerd on theme forest. Unfortunately, he is completely useless for support so I am coming to you. I have a question regarding the VETS Testimonials widget, which is a part of the Site Origin Widgets Bundle for this site.
The widget works fine in the page builder view, but per these instructions, it is supposed to also populate a Testimonials tab in the Dashboard menu so I can edit the actual content of the testimonial, but it is not (See screenshot.)
I have included a screenshot of what it should look like per the online support docs and what it actually looks like on my dashboard.
Any help would be appreciated, I’ve been puzzling over this for HOURS.

Sorry to hear about the hassle.
The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle acts as a platform. We have our own core widgets, a partial list can be found here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/. On top of our own core widgets, other developers can add their own widgets to the bundle. Unfortunately, because we aren’t the author of third-party widgets and have no control over their code, support for these widgets has to go to the author.
For interest sake, there is a core SiteOrigin Testimonials widget. If you head over to Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets you can activate it. When you go to insert the widget, search for SiteOrigin Testimonials.
Sorry we don’t have more, hopefully, your theme author can assist soon.
