How can I slow down the speed at which the testimonials scroll?

    No widget. It's just on the sidebar menu. Shortcode [testimonial] (not [testimonials])

    Okay, so that’s not a standard WordPress shortcode. Do you happen to know which plugin is adding it? if so, I would recommend looking at the WordPress.org plugin page to see if this functionality is possible.
