How do i take up full space of the header?

I am trying to make the space inside the header full width.

This is the site link: sagemanagementsolutions.com/newsite

you can see that everything is centered.

I want the logo to be on the far left and the menu to be on one line. Basically i want to remove the constraints and the white spaces in the header.

Is there a way i can do this?
