Hi, I can’t see the iframes from my youtube videos I’m adding inside the widget tabs. Is that normal? Thank you.
Hi Nai,
It depends on what widget you’re using to add the iframe. To clarify, certain widgets (such as the text widget) could very filter the iframe out due to the filtering WordPress does to prevent the usage of iFrames (for security reasons). I would recommend either embedding YouTube videos via oEmbed (use the SiteOrigin Editor widget) or adding their iframes to a Custom HTML widget.
With that said, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hi…the iframe was inside the tab widget that comes with the bundle. I don't have it published because it didn't work but I can add it and show it to you.

Hi Nai,
Thanks for clarifying. That iframe will definitely get filtered in that case. Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, it’s not currently possible to reliably add iframes via the tabs widget (via shortcode or HTML). Sorry mate.
No problem! Thanks for confirming Alex. Do you know if there is another way to add a video from Youtube inside the tabs? I can't add the youtube widget inside of the tab either, right?
Hi Nai,
Upon further inspection, unfortunately, this isn’t possible without SiteOrigin Premium at the moment (as that will allow you to use the SiteOrigin Editor or SiteORigin Video Player widget). I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update. Sorry mate.
