Tab – showing post category on each tab

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

Hi there.
I just have a question regarding the Pro version. I have set up the free version, which I love. There is one aspect of my design that I can’t find in the free version, but if I can get it in the PRO version, I am happy to go Pro.
I am Front end dev, so I am good with CSS and manipulate JS.
Basically what I need is: Tabs – when each tab is displaying a specific category of the Post or Post type.
I know the tabs have more options in the pro version, but I am not sure if it includes the functionality I describe above
I hope it makes sense
Thank you

    Hi Adriana

    Thanks for your interest.

The SiteOrigin Premium plugin includes a Tabs addon which adds a Layout Builder content option for each tab frame. A Layout Builder is a mini-instance of Page Builder. You could insert a Post Loop or Blog widget (third-party plugin Widgets for SiteOrigin adds this one) into the Layout Builder widget.

The settings added by the SiteOrigin Premium Tabs addon are detailed in the addon’s documentation: Page: Tabs.

If you have any follow-up questions, please let us know.

Thanks so much for your response.

FYI, siteorigin is the only page builder as fas as I know offering this option (apart from WP-Bakery). According to many articles I have read,
siteorigin is also one of the fastest page builder around. And now I know you respond to enquiries, (support quality is important) so I will go with the premium
