Syndey Theme – Blank Pages Page builder not working.

Thanks so much for the wonderful theme and support you offer through your themes. Here is my issue.

I am building a simple site using your Sydney theme template. The front page is together, but now that I am attempting to add new pages, I only get a blank page, unable to use page builder, custom Css, or preloaded page themes all I get is a brown page, which is completely odd since I do not have brown anywhere in my theme at all.

Here is the link so you can see for yourself, not sure where the problem is, and youtube is not providing any solutions.

Thanks again in advance

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Usyakuza

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

Can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related. Please note that Sydney is a theme by aThemes so this is why we’re asking you to take this step.

If that doesn’t help; would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Hello Alex:

I followed all those steps as it was posted in the previous support pages. Cleared all caches, browser and server side. Deactivated all the plug-ins and then re-installed one at a time. The pages came back but still many of the tools still does not register.

When doing live editor, I am only able to access the front page for custom css, often live preview will not load just keeps flipping the loading animation.

I have uninstalled the child theme and switched to the standard as well as attempting to use one of the default templates still not joy. Now back on the Child theme, functionality is slightly ok, but still unable to use live editor or page builder with any of the pages. not sure what the issue is at this point, I will see about creating a new temp admin for you. (It has been created, you can take a look.)

Thank you for your support and help.
