Sydney Theme White Space

i’ve recently changed my website (www.foundationagecoaching.com) to the Sydney theme on wordpress. On the posts that I use page builder for (example – https://foundationagecoaching.com/index.php/2019/02/04/drill-of-the-week-defend-the-goal/), the gaps between the rows seems huge.

Is there anything that can be doen about this, outside of changing themes?

Please note, going to Layout and changing the top/bottom padding and margin has made no difference, and neither has the following code that I have seen advised to use

.layout-full .panel-row-style.no-bottom-padding {
padding-bottom: 0;
}
