I created my website using the sydney theme. I have the most recent site origin widget bundle and page builder for my website. However, it is no longer working correctly. The visual tab is completely missing when I use a siteorigin widget. The widgets are not updating and saving the changes I make, too. Is there anyone I can contact to fix the issues. I am unable to make the changes using page builder. The frames in site hero image is not working correctly, too.

You could you please elaborate on what you’re visual tab you’re referring too? If you’re referring to the standard WordPress Visual / Text tabs, they shouldn’t be visible. Instead, you’ll need to use the live editor if you’re after a visual editing experience.
Regarding the hero issues. So, when you save it do the changes not save? Or does the widget itself not save? Also, could you please elaborate on what you mean by the frames not working?
